Before starting this blog, I was reluctant whether or not I could actually do this. One of the things that were going through my mind was: “What would I write about, and would the content provide the any meaning for the readers? What if no one liked it? Could I really manage a blog/website? What if I made embarrassing mistakes?” What if, what if…. I could go on. I guess I’m one of those people who overthink every little detail. But then one day I realized that life is short. Nothing comes to you if you don’t start it. I suddenly began seeing opportunities of creating a blog instead of seeing obstacles. I thought “What the hell”, and the fear of failing pretty much disappeared.
The point is that fear can be your worst enemy if you let it control every thought and let it get to you. Fear works as a way of protecting us from the unknown, but it’s really blocking us on our road for success and happiness. Like Henry Ford said: “Whether you think that you can or you can’t, you’re right”.
Don’t choose fear, choose freedom.
